TSAR FITNESS REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

There’s a few conditions to qualify for this guarantee, but we’re certain you’ll find them very reasonable.

1. We won’t refund the cost of shipping. Only the cost of the item(s) themselves.

2. You must provide, at least 24 hours notice of goods being returned

3. Items must be returned to us, within 7 days of you receiving them.

4. Refunds will be made when items arrive at our warehouse.

5. The packaging for the item must be in a condition where we could resell the item if required.

6. You will need to cover the cost of return freight. We can definitely use our existing relationships to help organise couriers for you at more reasonable rates

7. If the item(s) return damaged, or with missing parts, you may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Refunds will be credited back to the same account used to make the purchase.
